All items are handmade to order from quality fabrics, including Italian cotton and linen, as detailed on each product page. Production: up to 14 business days from payment, not including shipping or pickup time.
Despite automatic acknowledgement, the business reserves the right to approve or decline any order subject to fabric or material availability. If unavailable, the customer will receive a full refund.
All prices in ₪ incl. VAT. In the event of a pricing or description error, the business may cancel the order and issue a full refund.
Delivery within Israel via courier to your door, ₪40. Free pickup in Netanya by appointment. Delivery 2–3 business days after production (not including production time).
In accordance with sections 14C–14E of the Israeli Consumer Protection Law (1981), you have the right to cancel a distance purchase within 14 days of receiving the item or the transaction document — whichever is later.
Cancellation fee up to 5% may apply. Return shipping (₪40) deducted if by mail. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email or WhatsApp.
Items made to personal specifications are exempt from cancellation unless defective (section 14C(d)(2)). This includes items where a non-standard length (other than REGULAR) or a specific fabric was selected, as these are produced to personal specification.
Manufacturing defects or fit issues caused by the business will be repaired at no cost. If the customer provided incorrect measurements, alterations are possible subject to an additional charge.
Please follow the care instructions attached to each item. The business is not responsible for damage caused by washing, ironing, or improper use.
A transaction document will be emailed upon order confirmation, as required by Israeli law.
The business is not responsible for delays due to circumstances beyond its control, including war, strikes, pandemics, technical failures, material shortages, or courier delays.

Coupons and promotions are subject to the terms published at the time of the offer and cannot be exchanged for cash.
